Glastonbury Calling 2018 is fast approaching with a whole host of talented musicians ready and waiting to put on one of the best all day events you will find in the area. Months of careful planning, scheming and regular chinwags down the local boozer has all been for this exciting day. Starting from mid day, The Riflemans, The King Arthur, The Hawthorns, The Assembly Rooms, Glastonbury FC and The Bocabar will play host to some of the finest acts and entertaining souls for an entire day.
1 Day … 6 Venues … 50 Acts
Below you can find a nice snazzy poster made by Karen Liversidge displaying all of the brilliant acts you will find on the day. Don’t worry though, there will be a programme for you when you collect your tickets so you know a little more about the new acts you will discover.
Last year was a sell out and of course it was, everyone who is anyone was there discovering new music, supporting their favourites and mingling with their friends. It truly is a community day of laughs, drinks and hugging tunes, all for the bargain price of £12 which you can buy through Ian Liversidge’s website here. There will be a limited amount of tickets available on the day at £15. How can you say no to that?!
I recently spoke to Kate Gough who will be playing at The Riflemans … you can check it out here … and once you have watched that make sure you check out my chat with Restless Youth who is also playing on the day!
